The hotel is located in a great area, close to the city center, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms are clean and tidy with fresh linen and towels provided.
There were limited dining options nearby, making it difficult to find a place to eat in the evenings. the breakfast time of 7:30 am may not be convenient for guests with early morning events, as they may not have the time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect - nestled in a central area close to the city center and just a short walk through the beautiful garden to the nearby mall. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is impressive. The basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed, and the quiet aircon in the room made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Lastly, the staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, helpful, and made sure that the rooms were kept clean throughout my stay. The breakfast served was delicious and certainly started my day off on the right foot.
No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

I recently had a stay at a hotel in Polokwane and overall, it was a pleasant experience. the hotel is located in a central area, making it convenient for accessing shopping centres and even a mall nearby. It was definitely a plus for me as I like to explore the city and find interesting places to visit.
All was fine during my stay, no major issues to report.

Staying at this budget hotel was an enjoyable experience. the location is really convenient being close to all shopping centres and central areas. the room was clean and comfortable. the bathroom was well equipped and tidy. the breakfast was delicious and filling. the friendly staff provided great service throughout our stay. We loved the beautiful view of the garden from our room and used the fridge to keep our drinks chilled.
The power points could be closer for easy access to the phone at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as we were surrounded by shopping centers, a mall, and beautiful gardens. The hotel provided excellent service, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services ensuring our comfort and convenience. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, making our travel hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities for our comfort. We loved spending time on the terrace and patio, enjoying the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable garden furniture. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock were a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the in-room breakfast and special diet menus. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and sun terrace, provided a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
